My dearest children,
My love for you is immense, and you do not know it enough. Be for Me as I am for you, total, permanent, and always praying. Yes, prayer is union with God, a constant thought; prayer is the company of God, His presence, His anointing. A soul in prayer is dear to the Most High because it unites with Him; in Heaven, God's union with Holy Souls is total. He communicates His thoughts and all that He is to them. In Heaven, the Saint is a true child of God who has become an adult, He is the intimate of His Divine Father.
When an adult man is loved by his earthly father, the latter hides nothing from him; he shares everything with him: his undertakings, his secrets, his needs, and his hopes. For God, it is the same: the Saint is like His confidant; He hides nothing from him because His trust in His child who has become an adult is total. The child who has grown up is also in a state of total trust, of total surrender to the Divine Will, and whatever God wants, the Saint wants too. That is why in Heaven, trust reigns, love reigns, and concerted action is always perfect because everything God does is perfect. The Saints are always willing to fulfill the Divine Will because it is perfect, and they always see it that way.
“God wills, I do,” say the Saints. On earth, men should also think this way: “God wills, I do!” “Thy will be done on earth as it is in Heaven,” teaches the beautiful prayer of the Our Father. Yes, if people on earth thought about God's Will in everything they did at every moment, the world would be Holy. Yet this is the wish made every day by those who pray the Our Father, and then they systematically forget it because they do not strive to do God's Will in all their actions.
Let your resolution for this new year be this:
"May Your Will, O God, O our Father, be our constant concern, and may we strive to do it as much as we can. In this way, we will strive to please You throughout our days and we will gain Heaven at the end of them."
My children, you often wonder what you must do, how you must be in order to be Holy. Apply this resolution throughout your days and you will become Saints without even realizing it. When you love a member of your family, how do you behave towards them? You please them, you care for them, you anticipate their desires. With Me, it is the same: “May Your Will be done on earth as it is in Heaven.” Everything is said in this sentence. Do this to the best of your ability, at your level, and you will join the army of saints at the end of your days.
Some of you would like to find a good spiritual director, a good confessor, one who, like Me, would see into souls, into consciences. Such servants are rare, but I am the One to whom you come when you approach the sacraments. Think of Me, confess to Me, receive Communion while prostrating yourselves before Me, for it is I and I alone who give you the graces you need, regardless of the skill or lack of skill of the servant who serves Me. I also choose from among you souls who are said to be privileged to bring you My word, but everything is already found in the Gospels, in the New Testament. Read these books and reread them, and you will find all the necessary instructions, coming from the very mouth of God, to become saints by doing My Will on earth as you will do perfectly in Heaven. Practice this, for every athlete needs training to become a champion, and every Saint is a champion.
Before dying on earth, I gave you My Mother as your Mother so that you would not be orphans. My Mother, your Mother, is always with you. Entrust to Her your worries, your distractions, your faults, and ask Her to help you overcome them and face them in a holy manner. She will do so; She will not fail you. My Mother is a creature like you; She could have sinned, but She never wanted to. Imitate Her and pray to Her to protect you and show you the way that leads to Me. All the saints have great devotion to Her because She is close to you and leads you very surely to Heaven.
Devotion to My Most Holy Mother, Co-Redemptrix and Mediatrix of all graces, is a feast day set for August 31st of each year by Pope Benedict XV in 1921. Her mediation with Me for all graces was affirmed in 1830 by My Mother to My servant, Saint Catherine Labouré, of the Daughters of Charity in the Rue du Bac in Paris, who was instructed to spread the Miraculous Medal so that "those who wear it will receive great graces. Graces will be abundant for those who have confidence."
May My Mother be your confidante, your reference, and your great filial love so that through Her you may lack nothing.
I bless you, My children, My friends, My brothers, My beloved ones, in the Name of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit †. So be it.
Your Lord and your God
