The Heroic Virtue of Love

Message of Our Lord Jesus Christ to the Sons and Daughters of the Lamb of the Immaculate Conception, Apostolate of Mercy in USA on February 20, 2026

John 15:13 No one has greater love than this; to lay down one’s life for one’s friends.

Let us begin with an I love you and an Our Father…

The Heroic Virtue of Love.

What is virtue? It is a gift from God that imitates the presence of God in the soul, establishing My presence in different and unique acts done in union with the soul. (You My daughter are experiencing My presence in this act of love as we interact with each other in union, as you allow My presence within – virtue an act of grace.)

Heroic virtue is one showing courage by a profound act of bravery by stepping out in faith to express heroism to another individual with charity. This heroic virtue forms a great grace within the soul that directs the individual towards the direction of sainthood.

(Jesus shows me a vision of a man attempting to rob a store. The man pulls out a gun to use in the robbery to steal money from the store. The man confronts the cashier and demands money or else the man will shoot the cashier. A customer in the store comes forward and tells the man to stop and spare the life of the cashier, but the man does not listen.

The man shoots the gun to take the life of the cashier and the brave customer steps between the man and cashier to spare the person’s life. This customer has now taken the place of the cashier and becomes a heroic victim in an offering of his life for another. I then heard the words "No one has greater love than this, to lay down one's life for one's friends".) Jesus continues speaking…

And what a greater love is this than one to offer their own life for that of a stranger. This is one example of the virtue of heroic love – laying down your life for another. You see My children true love comes as a sacrifice for the good of the other. Many of My saints chose love over hate and grace flowed in their being, by choosing Me to serve over that of the world.

I want all My children rich and poor to serve Me with love, so all may receive My grace. You may not know how to love, but you must know that I loved you first. I created you out of love. Most people cannot conceive the concept of laying down self for another. Being merciful is also an act of love, because when you are showing mercy for another individual you are acting in love.

I want you to remember that I came first out of love of the Father. I am the true love of the Father, for through the Father came a sacrifice of love – for the Father sacrificed His only Son out of love for you that Redemption would be given to all His children who believe in Him. And if you believe in Me you believe in the one that sent Me – God the Father.

My children you are all called to love – this act is one with Me when you open your heart and accept all I give with faith. Do not think that love is stagnant. No, true love is ever flowing like a spring that never runs dry.

You must be true to your faith and continue loving your neighbor and as you continue this love your acts will grow in the Divine Will, because when you are truly fused in Me all love comes forth to serve as a conduit of continual grace for all generations – past – present and future. Divine Will is love that covers everything and is unimaginable for you to comprehend, for one can never be without in My Will.

My love came from within as an outward sign of My acts while I was upon earth and this was the highest form of love one could give by My passion and death. I rose again on the third day in full form as a dimension of My love and there I began bringing all into My heavenly realm in this great act of My life, death and resurrection. Believe that I came out of love for you. Now take a moment and ask yourself.

Have I loved God in others? Have I given my all out of sacrifice, showing love to others, through God’s love? If your answer is Yes, then you are acting with heroic love, this means you are sacrificing your love for another. I leave you with this – Do not think love is an act that pleases someone, for love is an act that offers oneself to another even if the giver has to suffer for the other for nothing in return. Remember, I suffered for the other in an act of love. I am with you always.

Jesus, your Crucified King
